They're nightmarish to even try to look at if you use a text editor. If opened in Excel, they're easier to deal with.

Unfortunately, because scanners catch PUPs now (Potentially Unwanted Programs), which are not malware, many see a PUP and think, malware. That "potentially" is important.

I don't think it matters where you get itunes. Tab and shift tab are very necessary, alt doesn't seem to bring up the menus, but alt+f will give you the file menu and you can arrow around

There are two that I know of and here it is:
Using the layered command JAWS Key + Spacebar followed by the letter V for volume, followed by the letter S for system and using the up and down arrow
