After arrowing down to the password section, use the insert and the space keys and then use the H key. You can then go right arrow by each letter to speak your password. Hope that this

until you get to "create power plan, or change the current one, open
it and set it to high performance instead of any other than save

There might be some explanations for this. First of all, do you have a discrete graphics card in your laptop, like an NVIDIA graphics card? Perhaps by setting that as the default graphics card
