Here is my opinion:
I don't think all webmail clients should be generalized as being good. Gmail has improved significantly over recent years but, for example, the Comcast/Xfinity webmail interface

This is like the days of DOS or even early Windows when using Macros was relatively easy.
Is there a way to do that without having to get into scripting these days?

Hi, MS 365 is continuously updated and maintained just as Win 10 is. It theoretically will never become outdated or unsupported.

I ask only because I dislike the learning curve on major new software. And, I am just now becoming comfortable

The PDF version of the OpenBook manual that I had downloaded to my computer appears to be accessible with readable text. The manual is 247 pages long so it does take a couple of minutes
