I might be wrong, but I think this feature had already been introduced in earlier windows 10 builds, since 1803 if I am not wrong. Cheers!

Hi. The clipboard on windows 10 is now equipped with a clipboard history. Press Windows key+V, and you will be able to select the most recent entries on your clipboard. Arrow down or up

Good point.
I have found that once you move the arrow key, the file is selected, but when you open a folder, that first file is not always selected, so I use the steps I outlined, but yah, sure,

Once you move to the first file it's already selected, so pressing the spacebar will dee-select it. But, as you arrow throught the list you do need to keep the control key held down and

Possibly, or it's possible that Windows Update applied a BIOS update (that's possible now) and the BIOS update itself reverts the function keys to media keys/smart keys/whatever your manufacturer

I have an acer, and I never heard or come across such an issue, and I wouldn’t have thaught an windows update would change any bios settings in itself
Maybe the cmos battery is at fault here,

OK, with files there is a trick to this.
Arrow to the first file you want to copy and press and hold the control key, and tap the spacebar without releasing the control key.

If you want to append multiple items to the clipboard with Jaws, it would be insert+Windows key+C. The you could then do the layered command insert+space bar then C to view the multiple items copied.
