Yup, I tossed the old .wab file, and think I was successful with a .csv file.
Or at least, it looks like my address book has now been successfully transferred.

However, I was able to save the entire address book as a comma-delimited

No. Start the export from scratch on your contacts in Outlook Express. Toss
your old WAB file.

How do I do that?
My version of Outlook Express where I am getting my address book from is from Windows XP and Office 2003.
The only file format I seem able to save to is the old .wab file.
