I have an alva satelite 80 display at work running the latest version of jaws 13 on a windows 7 32 bit machine.

Re: getting JAWS error "undefined checkbox" with a input tag of checkbox inside of a table header tag.
I gave it a quick try and I don't get any errors/messages.
Jaws sees two check boxes and they both work as expected.

Alt A while the message is open works, and if it is not, the context key
should give you an option, provided there really is an attachment, some
messages say so and do not really have one.

Hi,
Sometimes the problem is that the attachment in that field doesn't get
selected. Spacebar sometimes works but also I've had to use the arrow keys
to make it gain focus.

I imagine you could paste with the afore-mentioned command into a chat or
something in Windows Live Messenger and then cut/copy to the clipboard for
use elsewhere.

While your cursor is on the attachment, not the message, go to the ribbon. It's on the lower ribbon. If you go to the ribbon when the cursor is on the message, attach isn't visible.

"attachment" just press the Applications Key (or shift F10) and arrow down
