this, but you can substitute the backspace for the alt+left arrow key to

Automatic standby problem
My Windows Media Centre laptop won't go into standby when Jaws is running. I always thought it was something else preventing automatic standby but just found out that works fine when Jaws is not

As far as I know, setting up the drives needs sighted assistance with
promise technologies and netgear. It is accessible after the initial setup
though. Still testing out the netgear NAS thing.

In office 2007 or later, go to the reference tab on the upper ribbon, then press down arrow. Once you've pressed down arrow, tab over to word count.

That and uncheck the language detection option in Jaws. It causes more
problems than anything. Not necessarily an issues with Jaws, but rather the
lack of proper tagging.

You mentioned "The PcCursor is at the top of the page". Is it the PcCursor
or VirtualCursor that is in effect after you alt plus left arrow to go back
a page?

not properly formated to tell the browser and JAWS what language it is
