Hi Karen,
I had a similar problem & it turned out to be the cursor blink rate. I
don't have my Windows7 computer available to me at the moment but, see if
the XP steps below will help in Windows7

I have had the similar problem; I had to have them cancel some sort of windows policy statement (Office 365 LAN-Federal) Windows 7, Jaws 14.4004

JAWS 14, Windows 7, JAWS seems to be stuttering
Stuttering is the best I can describe. It seems to have a metallic twang to
it and when I go faster it almost seems to double talk but not quite. Does
not start and stop as I arrow down a page as

No. When deleting, I just use the delete key on the numpad. Rarely do I ever
invoke the shift+delete key to permanantly delete a message. Much less
directly from the inbox where I would use the ctl+z

One more thought. As seems to be your experience, I find messages disappear when I'm doing a very fast review of my inbox. I sometimes wonder if it's because I'm already intent on my next operation.

different filters. A mixture of pop3 and imap. Indeed, the ctl z command
only works for the last action. I do from time to

I may have created confusion here. I mean that once a message has gone to the delete folder, you can get it back to the inbox by placing focus on it, pressing control-shift-v for "move," and selecting

Like I said, it's hit or miss. That's why I couldn't discern any sort of
pattern that would indicate whether Jaws was having some sort of trouble
when invoking this command.
