Well, shut my mouth and call me gabby.
I had never tried th ectrl+Z and was amazed that it worked.
I just go to the Deleted Folder, find the message, use ctrl+X, go back to
the in Box and use ctrl+V

Yes, they do, but the control z command will bring them back to their
original place. However, this will only work with a pop3 configuration. Not
with imap. This is why I specifically mentioned that

jaws key plus z and press the letter b.

I tried the control panel suggestion. All the Icon selections and the list and detail choices said "unavailable". Any idea why this is or how to get around it? Tom

The best you can do in the control panel is first letter navigation. Do the
