Re: Creating folders in outlook
I tried that as well, and the only way it will work for me is the folder tab
and tabbing to delete. Weird.

The focusing on a folder and pressing delete never workd for me, so I go
into the folder that I am looking to delete, access the folder tab and tab
over to delete.

Re: Creating folders in outlook
You cannot delete a folder unless you've press the Enter key on that folder,
and then pressed f6 to go back to the folder list. A bit cumbersome I'll
admit, but that's the nature of Outlook.
