Hi All,
I'm using JAWS 13 with Windows 7.
I often have to encounter 1 major challenge while reading PDF
documents. Basically, whenever I read a PDF document primarily by
using the down arrow key,

David,
I used to send out messages to a large group using Outlook, but on an
Enterprise-based mail server. I suspect you're getting limitations from
GMail, perhaps.

Good to know, and it's why I was giving that info conditionally.
However it's also possible that the apps key in the folder would offer the
same ability to customize the details?

windows 8 is way different, steps for windows 7 will not apply.
windows 8, windows explorer/file explorer,
has the ribbon feature.

1. On the view tab, press the add columns menu button.

If it's like Windows 7, you go to the View/Options menu, and at the very
bottom is a more... choice. Here's where you can add details, and sort them
in your preferred order.

No, JAWS 14 out of the box works fine with W7. In fact, the days of having
to worry about screen resolution are gone.

Hi Dani,
Make sure that the left & right mouse buttons aren't locked. Insert + left
or right mouse buttons will lock / unlock them. HTH

If you are running Windows7, you can maximize the window with the, Windows
Key + uparrow. This keystroke will maximize the window during the current
session of your computer running.

Have you made sure the application window is maximized? Alt-space, then x. If that approach helps, post again if you need to know how to have the application be maximized every time you open it.
