Ted,
Did you catch the point that in the detailed address card view, you can also
quickly find an entry by just typing in the first few letters? You can't do
that in the phone list view.

Tell you the truth, Dave, I just used whatever the default was. I didn't know what it was until yesterday, when this thread caused me to look it up.

I use the detailed address card view. Not only does it allow for simple
up/down scrolling, but if I type the first few letters of the name, it takes
me to that entry. That does not work in the phone

I had to make some adjustments, after going to the address book, with
control+shift+
B.
Press alt+T for tools, then O for options. There you will find the address
book to use primarily.

I'm surprised it no longer works in 2013, but I'm glad you posted the correction. For anyone interested, control+y also works in previous versions of Outlook.

Never mind. I was able to access the Options and relevant choices using NVDA. Jaws doesn't seem to focus on Options in the Style toolbar pane.
