My University actually is on Windows 7, and IE 11.
Because they experienced a major security breech earlier this year, I think

I rarely do this, but I did in fact burn a couple of cds last month. From
what I recall, you have to first create a playlist and once created, go to
that list and you can burn it once selected.

It is a part of firefox, yes. You can get to it with the options screen, under the tools item in the menu bar. Find advanced settings/general and it will be there.
