As I understand it ABBYY Finereader or Omni Pro both will do a great job of
converting print to text.
In my OpenBook it uses ABBYY Finereader as the OCR engine anyway.

Insert+Space, then release and press the letter S will silence speech.
Repeat to turn speech back on.
Or Settings Center
type sleep
arrow to the sleep mode and pres enter
Save.

Pardon my mistake, Andre. The way you get to the Programs tab is with Control plus Tab, Not Alt plus tab.

Try starting IE. Then go to Internet options. Navigate to the Programs tab using Alt plus Tab. In that section, there should be a check box you can uncheck that says "Tell me if IE is not my default

should see the options yes, no, and if you tab again you should see a box
that

Does it happen on long files, or on everything. Long files are going to take a while to compile, if you're set to page through the entire document, although there are tricks that can minimize
