Re: incorrect SMA count
Hi Mike,
I am speaking of SMA’s.
Yes, I have SMA’s for Jaws 15 and 16.
Yes, I did verify this with Fs.
No, the count of SMA’s that shows in the About section states a count of 0 SMA’s.

Re: Jaws 15 Beta and Eudora
Hi Ann;
I have Jaws 13, 14, & 15 installed and I have a few questions.
1- Is your computer 32 or 64 bit?
2- Does your ISP handle email through Gmail?
If the answer to the second question is "yes"

Re: incorrect SMA count
Hi Crystal,
SMA = Software Maintenance Agreement
Have you purchased SMA's for Jaws 15 or 16? If you have, then these
advanced purchases of future versions of Jaws would show up in the SMA
count.

Re: incorrect SMA count
Hi,
FS should be able to tell if you have or did have SMA's and the number remaining. Also do you have an authorization CED.

Re: Unable To Get Jaws Updates For Dell Lattitude 6510 Windows 7WorkLaptop
I've actually seen this with a student's computer. He called tech support,
and they fixed it. I'm not sure what they did, so I'd suggest giving them a
call.
