Ensure that music and jaws are playing on the external/ USB speakers.
Now, press insert space vc and from the list select the speakers Realtech high definition audio and you are good to

If JAWS is playing through your external sound card, than it must be listed in the utilities sound card sub menu. Which one is checked in that menu?

The USB speakers show in the sound settings and in the Jaws utility settings but the external sound card doesn't show any place that I can find. Tom

windows search bar and using the up and down arrow keys. After that

Yes, at times, the e keys do not work as one would expect. From what has been explained, focus is being too low or not grabbing the key, it's more than a little confusing, at least to me.

I was told that jaws is recommended to run on 16 GB of ram and the Elbraille has 8. Is this a problem for you? I know one other person that uses the Elbraille and they run their computer seamlessly.
