Also, with W7 64 bit I have found that, occasionally, JAWS will claim it
needs authorization but a restart will cure that.

You can do better than that but you have to be persistent.
You are supposed to be able to run jaws on 3 machines. They should give you
one extra code at a time or three if its been over three months

One suggestion is to reboot your computer a few times and the message should
go away.
As far as fs is concerned, I had that issue once upon a time and if memory
serves, they told me I could only

mouse over not working
Hi: I'm using windows 7 64 bit and Jaws 13. When I hit the mouse over
command insert+control+enter, nothing happens. Jaws reads that there is a

One thing that is, imho, a serious weakness in the Jaws update process is that you have to destroy and recreate the personal settings for each update. Skipping this step can cause problems

I just updated to J14.0.6004, and then I tried to read my email in
Office 2013. Jaws won't read myemail, no matter the format (text or html).
I had to uninstall and reinstall to J14.0.5005,
