On my new machine using jaws 14 and word 2010 for some reason when I press
window key R I get nothing. Is there a way to access the run function?
Thanks, Judith

Hello:
Unless something has changed from last week, the latest
version of Jaws is uncompatible with Microsoft Office 2013. If you use
Office 2013,use an earlier version of Jaws.

Judith,
Since you say you're using MS Outlook (and not Outlook Express or Windows
Live Mail) then you press Ctrl +3 and you will be in the Contacts pane. You

Re: jaws authorization issues
True, but the move to Windows 7 was last year, I believe. There was a bit more of a learning curve than with prior releases, but, as I recall, JAWS didn't mind a bit.

Keep laughing, but I still want to know why putting an address in an address
book is so difficult. There has to be some small concept that I'm missing.
If anyone knows it please share. Judith
