Would you say that revo uninstall is more effective than CCleaner for this
purpose?
I think someone on the list suggested CCleaner, but I will try Revo
uninstall if it would be better.

Dave, that would mostly depend upon how your disk was mastered. I've never gone beyond a two-channel system, but I suppose a SAP track could occupy a surround channel.

If you're having trouble with things left behind from an uninstall, I would
suggest a program called revo uninstaller. If you follow its instructions
you can remove every trace of a program.

Yes it is ctrl insert numpad minus on the numeric keypad as I did a test using insert number row 1 and pressed this keystroke combo to be sure.
