Shirley,
There is still a lot of software written during the 32-bit era that remains that way but works perfectly fine under 64-bit hardware. My Office 2016 is the 32-bit version, for instance.

So I figured it out and I'm not sure which worked or whether it was the combination.
Set Adobe preferences to Read the Entire Document (as I had tried before) and Unchecked Enhanced Security.

Re: How to locate a missing file
Bill, because the sales person at Vespero told me that’s what I had to have. Maybe she was mistaken?
I wouldn’t know. My major was literature and grammar.
Is there a way to double check?

Hi, Shirley. I also have the Home version of JAWS, and my version is 64-bit. I don't know why you have the 32-bit version of JAWS.

Bryan, I went to the link you gave, but I have a question: I have a 64 bit computer but JAWS is actually 32 bit because I purchased the Home version. Does this make any difference for Ask Everything?
