Agree - whilst their is some accessibility in the solution, I've also struggled a little - no tutoirials I'm aware of. I also find Power Queery options in Excel particularly slow and memory hungry

Yeah, I don’t bother with that either. I only turn the virtual cursor off when using certain websites, like youtube for instance.

Thanks. I do have 64 bit. I don’t know why I purchased a 32 bit upgrade for JAWS, but that was last year, and it has worked fine.

There is still a lot of software written during the 32-bit era that remains that way but works perfectly fine under 64-bit hardware. My Office 2016 is the 32-bit version, for instance.
