Barbara, my friend says the keytip is not working.
I also tried it on my computer using Windows 7 and Word 2010 and all I
get is a ding sound when I press the H after expanding the View ribbon.

running Outlook 2016, 32 bit version and it is working well. Once you can,
install that version and you should be

I also run Jaws from the SysTray and have no issues with Jaws Key+J bringing up the Jaws menu on any of my computers, I have 5 desktops at work all running Windows 7 and I have my old laptop

As I said, I'm in the middle of a relocation right now, so don't want to
mess with changing Office 365 versions until I get settled.

I reassign this key combination in the keyboard manager, due to the fact that I lost a couple of fingers on each hand in the accident in which I also lost my sight this is an impossible combination
