I use a Fujitsu Scansnap scanner for this purpose, all the paperwork at my business is scanned and then shredded. I don't think there is any law that says you have to keep paper copies for tax

Here's 1 way of doing it:
1. Open the Settings Center, Insert / Jaws key + 6, on the number row.
2. Arrow down to, Web / HTML / PDFs, right arrow to open.
3. Arrow down to, Miscellaneous,

Actually, this setting can be lost without a reset by the user, a
firmware upgrade will overwrite where this value is stored (I had that

However, on my dell laptop, I can press FNKey+escape,
One press turns on, another press turns off.
One press for malti media

If your HP laptop is the same as mine, you will need to get someone with vision to go into the CMOS and change the Function Key Setting, from Media functions to Standard Functions.

"action keys" setting to disabled. I am not aware of any way to do
this after the OS loads.
