Re: Number of Unread mails in Outlook 2016 not read by Jaws
What you describe can be changed in Options and it is not what I am talking about. What I mean is that if I use Control+Y to go to my folder list and I then go to one of my other emails and the Inbox

On my JFW 16 Outlook 16 installation, not all unread messages are marked unread, it seems arbitrary.

One way to get to any command on the ribbon is with the "tell me what you want to do" feature which came with Office 2016.
Open an new message window with Ctrl + N, then press Alt + Q, start typing

Re: My Windows 10 version is not version 15 or 16 as reported on the list.
Hi Peter,
Just find the Windows 10 download page and manually run the anniversary update. This will get the installation going and also install a tool called the Windows 10 Updade Assistant. Here

There should be a notice in there to ask you if you want a desk top launch.
I use windows 7, jaws 14 and office 2010 but don't think that would matter.
I just tried it on my pc and it worked for

Hi all
Thanx for all the help. Got it sorted out now.

Hi,
Another possibility is that you have deferred upgrades turned on (for Pro and higher).
For future reference: the version Peter speaks of is Windows 10 RTM (aka Version 1507), which has entered

Re: Outlook 2016.
I agree with you on this. You probably would be better served to create the signature you want in Word, and then copy it over to the field in Outlook.

Re: system tray not displaying all turned on icons in windows 10
There are a couple of issues that could be at play here:
Icons only appear in the notification area if a program/service is currently active.
The settings under Personalization, Taskbar Pane, Select

The only reasons you would be on build 10240 at this point is if you use a WiFi connection that has been designated as metered, so Win10 will not download updates over it, or the Windows Update
