When in MS-Word, press JAWS+V and type quick keys.
Tab to the list, and turn them off using the spacebar
Then Tab to, and press OK.

Is this a nonstandard format? WMP’s driver set is somewhat lacking. I notice a similar problem with certain DVD’s; that’s what pushed me to investigate VLC.

Drew, Try going to the link line, arrow in about 3 spaces, then pressing the spacebar (or enter). I find JAWS doesn't focus on the link until I do that. The F5 links certainly works for me. hth

maybe the font is too big for the labels and therefore if you decrease it a few pixels it all might fit on one page

I use Office 2013 and 2016 on different computers. For what I do with it, both seem to work well with JAWS. I haven’t found any glaring issues with Office 2016. Occasionally, JAWS and Office 2013
