I got it to work with one of the classic schemes, as Jonathan suggested. For some reason it's not working with a custom scheme I have.

it was working fine in July, they did site update let it inaccessible.

It happens. One woudl logically assume taht 'alt-a" might be a keystroke to

By chance are you running Windows 10 32-bit edition? JAWS 2022 and newer only supports 64-bit OS installs.

They indicate that they work to make their training accessible and they have an email address to contact if you experience accessibility issues.

Instead of hitting F6 until you get to the address bar, you can go straight to the address bar by using F4 or control+L.
