Hi Joseph,
Does this repair JAWS or Windows 10?
I think my problem is more with Windows and because so much is running in
the background that JAWS does not work well. I could be wrong

It might have been that program? Is it a separate download, or is it part of Windows? The one of which I was speaking was not part of Windows.

Bill was it tune-up utilities. It has been a while since I've used that software but I do know it does hat; however, understanding the screen was difficult because I had to use the JAWS cursor.

Re: How to see what I have running in background?
I don't know the answer to this one, Tony. I heard about a program several years ago that would break down your CPU usage as to what ap was using memory, but I don't know the name of it now.

I probably should have given a bit more info.
I’m running Windows 7 64-bit Pro on a SSD with a second, small SSd paging drive, 3 2tb spinning drive and 8gb ram which is the max on my Dell

Re: Add sender in Outlook
There are 2 ways to access the outlook contacts.
The first way is,
Ctrl+shift+b=book,
This will land you on an search edit field, So you could type in a contact's
name to search, Or, you could tab
