Re: General issues with JAWS, is it just me?
I have the same issue. I'm using the Jaws beta. and latest Firefox. Quite frustrating. Sometimes the Jawsvirtual cursor is off and won't turn on either.

Re: Creating .chm files
Old versions of visual studio (at least of a high enough edition) can,
but chm is no longer recommended.
You could also find an old edition of the HTML help compiler
(hhc.exe), version 1.4 or older

Creating .chm files
Hi, it's Annabelle.
Is there a way for sight-impaired customers to create .chm help files? Is there a program that is compatible with JAWS which would allow customers to create and/or edit .chm files

Re: Firefox49
Perhaps if you set it to true? You might have better luck?. I can't even access that screen. I could on my other computer. Can we revert to an earlier version from the web site?

Hi, Gudrun. Try the file with 64 in the name. If you don't have a 64-bit system, it won't install. Then you will know to download the other file.

Hi Brian and all: I went to the website, but I'm not quite sure which file to download. Should I select one that includes "64" in the name, since I have a 6-bit machine and Windows 7?
