Call your school (probably the IT help desk) and explain what's happening. Heaven knows how, but it appears that someone entered the wrong email address (the Gmail one that you've never had)

I understand now. In my case 99% of the time I need to make a recording of an Aira or Be My Eyes session, I'm at home at my desk, so I just use a voice recorder which allows me to copy off

video, we could plug our phones into the computer and copy them off the
