Re: Changing From One License Type to Another: Additional Costs?
There is so much confusion about this issue that I will try to explain the differences between a perpetual license and an annual renewable home license. When you purchase a copy

You will have to pay $95 to renew your annual home license for another year. If you purchased your license inMay of 2021, it may have already expired if it was only a one-year

Hi Annabelle,
Your situation seems a bit complicated, so I think the best thing for you to do is to call Vispero on Tuesday and talk it over with customer service.
Good Luck!

I have a Home Annual license with JAWS 2021, as I have it on a Windows 10 machine which I got in May of 2021. What do I do when the license expires? Would I have to pay extra to get it renewed? If so,

Oh my goodness, you are so far behind with JAWS that FS would probably charge you at least $500 to bring your SMA up to date. I presume you are using JAWS 15 with Windows 7

Thank you,
bharat. In that case, you would be better served by going with the
$95 JAWS home annual licence from FS's E-Store. While out there, if
you opt for a 2 or 5 year licence, it would come in

Depending on your last SMA version, you could upgrade to a current SMA by paying the upgrade cost from that previous version. But if it is not a recent version the price may be more than you want

Gene,
Firefox is easily the most simple to learn of all the browsers. This is open source so updates or fixes are regular. The favorites are your bookmarks, very to save a website and to then go find

Sorry, no can do. Once you have selected the annual license option, you cannot switch to the SMA option without purchasing JAWS outright for $950, if you have not previously done

I have a touch screen on my personal laptop. Frankly, I just don’t use it. Nothing says you have to use it, even if it’s available. Now, the only problem I have and some day I’ll get around

I don't know of a benefit of running a 64 bit version, even on a 64 bit
system.

Get Firefox ESR, it never breaks accessibility.
I think mine is ESR 91.11.0ESR 32 bit, which is fine for a 64 bit system.

Yeah, but I just ignore all of that. I understand that Chrome is just as bad, only it's Google instead of Microsoft. That is why I am thinking of giving Firefox another look to see if it is any less
