JAWS should say "protected view" in the title with insert+t. Just in case that's the problem and JAWS doesn't say it, press alt+f, then i, then e. that should unprotect if protected mode is the

Are you actually physically seeing some of the cells, or is Jaws speaking, but just very little?

I have tried a reboot, several times. I did try the JAWS cursor, and could see some of the text in the cells, but no luck past that.

The first thing I would do is a reboot. The next thing would be a lot of
cussing and then look around with the jaws cursor.

Yes, it is definitely worth using the disk clean-up tool to delete the old Windows version once you are sure you don’t want to go back to it even if it does not remove the Windows.old

I don’t even think you can remove Windows.old this way, but as Joseph pointed out, it can easily be done with the Disc Cleanup utility where it would be listed under previous windows

You could try using a program likeCCleaner, which can remove an old Windows installation. However, CCleaner will clear caches and other content so be careful with it.
