Re: Excel 2016 is no longer crashing
It became extremely sluggish once yesterday, but going to task manager, ending the task, then relaunching seemed to be ok. Hope I don't have to do that too often.
Best,
Al

Ward,
Yes, I like the virtual ribbons as well. However, that said, the only PC’s I use are those with JAWS so they are always available. If I had to use PC’s without JAWS and other screen

Hi Diane,
What I am suggesting is that your office would function just fine with you on an older version of Office; the file systems are completely compatible. I would approach your technology

Happens all the time. Just one of the many quirks with Jaws and windows 10.

Invisible menu?
When hitting alt tab, I hear JAWS saying "leaving menus" but there is no menu open. Does anyone else hear this? I'm using JAWS 18 and IE 11

David,
I’m using the JAWS virtual ribbons but did find where you were talking about. Seems to take one to the same place regardless if in Word, excel, etc. Anyway, mine is set to automatically

Re: Excel 2016 is no longer crashing
Hello;
To check whether there’s update for office 2016,
1, open MSWord,
2, now, press alt+f=file,
3, d=account,
4, r=update.
So the keystrokes should be,
Alt+f/d/r.
