Is your problem resolved with volume? If not, while in your program with the low volume, press insert plus r and type in "sndvol: (without the quotes) and press enter.

Somebody already replied and said what you need to do: use the layered keystroke Jaws Key+Space bar followed by “d”.
If Jaws says “Do not duck other audio” then audio ducking was on and for

not sure but can’t seem to find the field online to reply to my last but will repeat it. not sure why someone thought this was for an iphone list since you don’t use jaws or NVDA on an Iphone. so

Hi listers ken here. I noticed my system sounds and even pandora were both extremely soft. I tested to make sure pandor’s volume was maxed and still very low. then when jaws 40 minute mode was about

Are you sure that Track Changes was enabled in the document when the revisions were made? If so, my only suggestion (that might or might not help) would be a JAWS upgrade.
