Hi there! Some companies use a VPn in addition to a Virtual Desktop infrastructure. You should not have problems accessing a VPN. If you need to access a computer remotely, you will need the Remote

have you tried deleteing your cookies and browseing history? but i think this will also delete your passwords too.
have you tried running firefox in safe mode?
when on the desktop icon press shift

I don't think you need the remote desktop add on if you are using a
vpn on someones network. However, you might need it if you want to
log on to a computer on that network remotely.

Sorry, one more thing.
You mentioned a VPN. Remote Desktop is not actually a VPN. A VPN has to be set up between two VPN capable routers, one at home and one at your work or you can use a VPN client

You need to call FS and ask them to enable Remote Desktop, there is an extra charge for that, but I’ve had it for so long that I can’t remember how much it is.

JAWS not reading enough information
When I insert a CD into the DVD player/burner, all JAWS reads out is, “What do you want to do when inserting a CD?” But, it does not read out the options. How do I get it to read out my options
