It should work. I have my Focus Blue display connected to a switch.
Sometimes, you will need to restart JAWS when you switch, but not always, it
seems.

That might work, but it depends entirely on the capabilities of your KVM switch. If it can handle a second USB device then maybe. Note that some KVM switches also can handle audio and have 3.5mm input

First, my other thread was wrong. I am running the 32 bit version.
I'm having no issues running the same version ESR 52.6.
This is Windows 10 home, 64 bit machine for what that is worth.

Noticed this as well. I'm using Firefox 52.6.0 (32-bit) on a 64 bit machine. Not sure why. I thought it was advised to use that version.
Many pages come up slowly and Jaws won't read anything in

I do not have Jaws in the System Tray, and that command also works, Insert-J as I have a desktop keyboard.

First of all, it depends on whether you have JAWS running from the System tray.
If you have JAWS running from the System tray, then the Desktop command to open the main JAWS menu, is JAWS Key+J.
