If he wants it to apply across the board, he can put it in the default dictionary. Otherwise, choose the appropriate app dictionary.

I don't think you can do it with the punctuation settings, but you can with the dictionary. Place the cursor on the bullet, and activate the dictionary. Choose Add. You should see the bullet symbol

Keep in mind the SMA for the home edition and Professional edition are different. I think the $180 price is for the professional edition.

I have my punctuation set to some in Jaws 18. On web pages I still hear the announcement of bullets. Is there a way to have Jaws not say bullet? Is there a way to specify exactly what punctuation

No I didn't have any SMAs for WE. I purchased my JAWS SMA probably within a week of getting my JAWS serial number.

But, if the web developer didn’t set the link to download but to open, it just opens it in the default application then you have to save from there.
I’ve never had an issue with the save target
