Re: How do I know where I am in an MS Word Document
There is a JAWS command, ALT with Delete. You hear where the cursor is on a specific page in terms of inches from top and edge as well as the page number.
Cordially,

A bit off topic here but I just couldn't resist saying that I love hearing that other people have discovered this wonderful little tool called Everything. I liked it so much that I used Winaero

Hi,
I tried it in the past and couldn’t get it to work for some things. I just tried again in my documents folder and it works. I typed the letters really fast, and only 3.

I’m guessing you type those three letters fast. In that case, which program are you using when you encounter this problem? I recall having done so in the past inside specific programs, although

Re: Zoom meeting call question.
This only works for the specific session you are participating. You will need to do this for each zoom meeting.
Mute announcements and alerts | Alt + Windows + S

Albert,
The keyboard command is Windows Key + ALT + S which will cycle through different levels of announcement and you probably want Internal and External announcements silenced.

I don't have a solution for you but this could be an issue with Windows instead of JAWS. I say this only because I have always been able to search for files using multiple letters. And ultimately it

Re: Accessible Project Management App?
Hi Josh,
Microsoft Access is for databases. I’m looking for something to keep track of various tasks that a number of people are doing, among other things required for project management.

Zoom meeting call question.
Good morning everyone,
Using the latest Jaws2022 and windows 10, if I’m listening too a zoom meeting, is there a way that I can keep from listening too the announcements that tell me who

The installer puts it into the Training folder, where all the other training modules are, but the reader isn't great at picking up that it is installed.
All the best

Hi Jean,
No, the way you open that training is a bit geeky.
If you have installed the module, go into FS Reader, Control O then put the following path:-

Re: How to change default settings for TCA Media Downloader?
Hi Mike,
Thanks for your post. When I went to the Options under the menus at alt +M, I found a box to check that would cause changes to the audio quality and download folder location to be saved
