The latest Jaws 16 update worked with Windows 10 initially, but I’mnot sure how well it works with Fall Creator’s Update. You really want to be on Jaws 2018 probably sooner than later.

I jhust tried this and when I click on Documentation on that website using Google Chrome the site loads immediately and I can navigate it.

I guess everybody’s system is different, I don’t at all experience any sluggishness with Jaws 2018 on my Windows 10 laptop and it runs equally well on my Windows 7 desktops at work.

If I understand what you are asking, all you have to do is use the JAWS cursor. Rout JAWS to PC with insert-numpad-pluss and then use the numpad up-arrow to read the results.
