When already focused in a ribbon, the key tips won’t work. She’s have to TAB to the ribbon commands.

The message tab is the correct tab. Sorry about that. It uses the same key tip as Home ribbons in other applications (ALT-H).

Because Word 2016 doesn’t have draft view anymore, but they still call web layout view draft view in the advanced settings. It’s kind of confusing to me, too. You’ll know if you did it right,

I too loved the way WE let you find the errors in a document with the next and prior key strokes. The closest it gets in Jaws is the
Alt and F7 key. That will jump you to the spelling error
