They've made it very clear that the Firefox issues won't be significantly resolved until Version 60 or so. Due to in large part things the Firefox folks need to address on their side.

I dont use system restore anymore but I think there is a button to show earlier restore points. You may need to use the Jaws or touch cursor to find it. Maybe have your sighted friend look for it. --
