This solution works for me. Just minimize the recycle to the task bar
when this happens then maximize it and it will allow it to be closed
normally.

Hi, Gene. If I turn off Automatic Refresh in Chrome using Quick Settings, it turns AutoRefresh off for all websites in Chrome, not just for the website I visited when I turned off AutoRefresh.
