Yep, I do it this way. JAWS, Utilities, Explore Settings, then copy
everything from that folder, Control A, Control C, then go back into Explore
Settings and paste, with Control V.

I don't think you can recycle authorization keys with JAWS. If you remove the key from your old computer, then it's gone.
If you need your keys reset, go to
