I do have Windows Live Mail 2012 installed, but I would advise anyone, including you, that's attempting to use it with Gmail to switch to another, supported, email client that handles

When I am in the chat window reading chats by arrowing up and down, I hit control-a to select all and control-c to copy. I open up a word document and hit control-v to paste. This copies and pastes

If they are coming via the chat window, you would have to write that information down as quickly as possible, I don't know of any other way to get the link.
