I've never tried packet tracer, but I would suggest trying the touch cursor, if you haven't tried that already.

I’ve not used Internet explorer for a long time. I got tired of the prompt from websites that it was outdated and suggested to use Google or Firefox. Edge is more like Google now so I use Edge

The name of that special folder for mp3 files when the storage medium contains both mp3 files and digital talking books is audio+podcasts. Note the plus sign between audio and podcasts

NLS players can play mp3 files, but it won't tell you the name of the file, and if there is more than one file in the book, you will have to be sure that they are labeled so they will play in

You're confusing DAISY audio with DAISY text. The NLS players play the audio, they don't read the text.
