Troll Tab is working for me in Acrobat DC, but I’m in Windows 10, so hopefully that will still work in Win 7.

I wonder why this is happening with some individuals using Jaws to read Kindle books, I have made sure I have the standard version of Kindle for PC, and the virtual cursor reads all Kindle content

If they have a phone number, I'd call them and inform them that they have created an inaccessible site by trying to use the screen reader detection.
