I have had similar crashing issues with Firefox on this Windows 10 PC ever since Jaws 2020.
For this reason, I now use Firefox as my secondary browser, and Google Chrome as my primary

This is a known issue for both Vispero as well as Mozilla. Mozilla is definitely aware of these problems and I was able to assist them in filing one of the issue reports regarding these
