That’s interesting, Vicky. I turned off the virtual cursor, but didn’t think to tab and, of course, arrowing didn’t work, so I wasn’t’ sure what to try.

I got the same results with Jaws and Narrator as you did.
The final version of Window-Eyes released several years ago was also able
to load the logon page with the edit boxes for the user id

There is something in settings to do this if you want to do it all the time. I’m not sure how to set that, but I know I’ve come across it when setting Edge up.

The easiest way I've found is using SHIFT + Enter when focus is on the link. It's the keyboard equivalent of SHIFT + Left Click, which forces a link to open in a new Window rather than a new tab.

used sites, I have 30-40 links saved for use.
