I know I will visit frequently. They are shortcuts, just like the regular
shortcuts you would put on the desktop for apps

Try the following:
1. Find a PDF file on your computer, but don't open it just have it highlighted.
2. Press alt+enter for properties.
3. Now shift+tab to the Change button

Bill covered answering Mike's question, and thanks for that, but Robin's addition indirectly brings up that if you use WinKey + Number and an instance of that app is already open, it will throw focus

You might have to go to settings center with insert six on the numbers row, then hit insert control d for default for it to come up, because it would apply to all programs.
