This could be an issue with a profile corruption in Outlook, but it might not be.
If you are comfortable with setting up another email client such as Thunderbird and adding all the accounts

I have the same issue. I was trying to fill out a form that was supposedly supposed to be a fillable PDF the other day, and when I tried to OCR it even see what it said it said that it was a scan

Use insert windows f4 for when jaws just stops talking and many times that will fix the problem.
A second trick is to have another version of jaws on the p pc. If the first does not work, use
