I had to do two factor authenacation on my outlook account.

I was able to disable the AD ON. However, I could not delete it, nor could I find out what it was.
I brought Outlook up in safe mode to do my search. I did see where there was an add on slowing

I do not know. I suspect there is a user folder that can be copied in its entirety to capture custom scripts, etc. But since I have never done this, my advice here would be, at best, guess

If the drive has not been tried out on another machine, that's the first thing to try. If two different machines don't recognize it, the drive is fried.
USB thumb drives are notorious for failing

The next thing would be to check device manager under removable storage or something (don’t know what it’s called in windows 11)

Thanks for the tip. I think I will give Microsoft a call before I go through the whole process of nuking my Gmail account and having to set it back up again.

That just happened to me, and Microsoft's disability office was able to remote in and fix it. It was something they were aware of, a recent change by Google that requires some tweaking. I have
